The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Spa Main Desk GRO who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This position reports to the Spa Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service
- Knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing
- Know all frequent customers and be familiar with their special requests. Ensure that their needs are met.
- Ensure that all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards Schedules treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule
Qualifications and Skills
- An experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality.
- You will be a willing team player, accomplished multi-tasker, comfortable with computer systems and communicating over telephone and email. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Korean language.
Visa Requirements
Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
