The Successful candidate will be trained to deal with our customers who are looking to Cancel the policy and/or discuss their renewal with us. Our aim is to retain as many customers as possible whilst providing the highest level of service.

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to are as follows:
- Engage with the customer on the telephone, identify, listen, and resolve their issues
- Resolve the customers issues and retain the customer
- Offer additional products and services hence creating upsell opportunities
- Utilize proactive retention skills to turn requests for cancellation into upgrade and save opportunities by identifying customer needs.
- Educate customers on features, services, USP’s and product value.
- Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
- Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
- Work with the relevant people in UK team and keep them in loop, the steps taken, and the offers offered to the customer to save him/her (ask for authorization where required).
Requirements:
-Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
-Candidates must be able to handle pressure.
-Candidates must be comfortable working in UK times.
Timings: 2:00 pm till 10:30 pm ( Afternoon shift) Work Days: Monday to Friday(Alternate Saturday)
Location: PECHS Block # 6, Shahrah e Faisal.
